Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–8 weeks for standard (non-pre-order) items to be processed and delivered. Shipping times may vary and are subject to delays. We post frequent shipping updates (and delay notices when applicable) on our Instagram. Please note that refunds are only available before the item is shipped. Once the item has been shipped, no refunds will be issued.

For pre-order items, please allow 8–12 weeks for production, processing, and shipping to be completed, as these items are manufactured to order and shipped from our manufacturer. Delays are more common with pre-orders due to production timelines and international transit. If the estimated timeframe is exceeded, you may contact us to request a refund.

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, we are not responsible. If you would like the package reshipped, you must purchase a new shipping label and provide it to us via email or our support channels.

International customers may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are beyond our control. We are unable to cover these charges or calculate them in advance. Any applicable fees will be collected upon delivery of your order.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what additional costs may apply prior to purchasing.

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Once a package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, it is under their responsibility.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier directly to open an investigation.
